Our expanding company is seeking qualified manual mill and manual lathe operators. To be eligible for the position you will need to have a good understanding of how to operate machines, and the position will require previous experience in machining. You will also need to understand about feeds and speeds, tolerances, and have an understanding of the metric system, as well as have the ability to work well with others. Having your own tools is a plus, but not a requirement. We do offer employee advances in order to purchase tools, if desired. We are seeking individuals with the intention of long term employment with our company.
Pay will depend on the level of the applicant’s experience. The position offers full company benefits, vacation, holiday pay and flex time. We also provide matching funds for your 401K after 1 year of employment.
We are also interested in finding employees with experience in grinding, boring mill operation and other qualified machining abilities, so if you have any extra experience in these areas, please inform us on your application.
