As of December 9, 2009, Precision Products of Asheville has established a Quality Management System that has been judged by AQA International to be in compliance with the International Quality System Standard ISO 9001:2008, and has been issued Registration Certificate #00009977.

Precision Products is pleased to introduce our line of welding booths. These booths are ideal for use in a production or school setting. They are versatile and can be configured to meet your needs now and in the future. They can be used stand alone or in multiples.

Our full-service Panel Shop is able to provide the following control panel services…

1. Fabrication and assembly of custom electrical panels (includes cutouts and painting)
2. Fabrication and assembly of custom pneumatic controls systems (enclosed or panel based)
3. Modifications to existing controls designs for new systems
4. PLC programming (Allen Bradley, GE, Siemens, Automation Direct)
5. Operator Interface programming (Allen Bradley, Maple Systems, Automation Direct)
6. Field connection of panels to equipment and devices
7. Troubleshooting of existing systems and equipment

Our Equipment Assembly facility, located in Candler, NC, just west of Asheville on I-40, is a 10,000 square foot building with 20 foot ceiling and 15 foot doors. We are able to assemble, start-up, and test machinery in a very complete manner. This location offers great truck access for loading large machinery onto flatbeds or lowboys.

Our 800 square foot panel shop is also located at this facility.

Although this facility is almost entirely dedicated to assembly and panel building, we do have a small number of manual mills and lathes for parts work or assembly modifications.
